Female

Born feeling the pulse of the universe.

Lost misguidedly searching for a pulse of its own.

Fetus poised in origins dormant,

The realm of the collective mind.

Instinctive gentleness incarnate...

Elusive gossamer in the misty light...

Receptive cavity immanently waiting

The ebb and flow of an ageless tide.

Created and creator...

Life-flowing energy

Rhythmically contracting to a beating stride.

Original nature trampled insensitively.

Existence triggers a survival mode.

Good in crisis situations,

Alert and observant,

Fast, reliable, and efficient...

Darkly and dangerously attractive.

Coldly logical, voraciously invincible,

Ultimately willful, if unnurtured...

Grows to smother prey.

Parasitically sucking the marrow

Out of life in a predatory way.

Enigmatic and foreignly mysterious...

Posed looking backwards

With a flashing glance...

Catching the pulse of the universe

resistless in an expectant stance.
